Query about Space themed game
Hello!
This is Prateek Boga from India and we are planning to design a game related to space exploration. We have a storyline ready and we're thinking to use some real life characters in the game. I was wondering if using them (for educational purposes and nothing in obnoxious sense) will get us into trouble. Have you ever come across a case like this? Should we take consent from the people? What if it is for people who are no more?
